Our worlds have changed so much in recent years. Please join Ann Carroll and the Tybee Arts Association for a one-day retreat to honor the past year and dream 2023 into the best year yet.

We will use guided meditation, yoga, art, and reflection to help shift both perspective & actions in the new year and get all the joy that is ours!

Each participant will get materials and have the time to create a plan for 2023.

The group will break for lunch so bring your own or we will send out for delivery.
